    I am in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. Check with your insurer to make sure.

  • Aetna

    I am in-network with most Aetna PPO plans. Check with your insurer to make sure.

  • UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

    I am in-network with many UnitedHealthcare plans. Check with your insurer to make sure.

  • Illinois Medicaid

    I am in-network with Illinois Medicaid, including their managed service plans like BCBS Community, Meridian, etc. Check with your insurer to make sure.

  • Private Pay

    You can pay for my services out of pocket (OOP). Those costs are listed on the services page and in my “No Surprises” document.

  • Sliding Scale

    I try to offer some of my services for a reduced cost based on your need and my current finances.

  • Out-Of-Network (OON) Benefits

    Some insurers allow you to submit claims yourself and will then reimburse you, often through something called a “superbill”. Check with your insurer to see if this is an option. I will guide you through the process-it’s simpler than it looks.

Insurance is complicated! The best way to answer a coverage question is to contact your insurer directly. Usually there is a number on the back of your card that you can call.
